Yhangry is a private chef marketplace, where anybody can book a chef whenever they want to socialise at home. For the price of a restaurant, users can choose the meals and the chef who will come and cool directly in their home.
As their marketing lead, I worked with them on a strategy to define how to respond to the Covid outbreak and still get host to book a chef at home.
The strategy was of course to first keep the campaigns paused during lockdown.
As soon as lockdown was over, we started advertising capitalizing on the following messages:
Performance was really strong from day 1 with a ROAS of more than 400% on both Google Ads and Facebook ads. On top of that, we noticed that around 10% of the guests who were invited by a host who previously had converted with an ad tended to book again at their home within the next 3 months.
