I had the pleasure of working with Jeyda, founder and CEO of fettle. Jeyda wasn't happy with her previous agency, as she thought they were not responsive enough, and were not delivering the best paid acquisition strategy as they could. She wanted us to be ROAS positive again, and that we always tested new ideas.
As soon as I onboarded fettle, I quickly realised the huge potential that bike collection could have in the midst of the Covid pandemic. Bike usage in London had sky rocketed and yet, people avoided going to the shops, scared of catching the new virus. I therefore developed lots of different creatives explaining how better fettle was compared to the classic bike shops.
On top of that, fettle had really good reviews that I capitalized with messages like "they are the Dumbledore of bicycle wizardry".
After just a few days and the launch of the new strategy, the amount of bike collections doubled without spending any additional budget. On top of that, the ads around bicycle wizardry were a huge success being shared on Facebook and Tiktok without the need of spending any additional budget.
