Conscious Copper is a website specializing in selling tools designed to deal with Electronic Magnetic Fields. In today's society, EMF can be experienced on unprecedented levels. Conscious Copper has developed products designed to help bring consciousness and awareness to EMF, helping to reduce anxiety and provide clarity to its users.
I had the pleasure of working with the Derk, the CEO of Conscious Copper. When Derk called, he mentioned he was tired of working with an agency that was usually slow to respond, didn't spend much time in optimising his campaigns and which didn't have the expertise in helping him with analytics and purchase funnel optimisation.
During my first hours working with Conscious Copper, I started digging into data using Google Analytics. Based on what I learned, I created 3 personas defining what types of user would be more likely to purchase an EMF solution. Each persona would be defined by gender, age group, city of residence, and areas of interests.
On top of that, using Google Analytics again, I realized that the conversion funnel was broken, too much information was required to complete a transaction, leading to many drop offs. I advised Derk to reduce the amount of steps required to complete transactions and add a pay with Paypal button, as all the required information pre filled.
Even before launching the new paid ad marketing strategy, the conversion rate tripled thanks to the implementation of the new conversion funnel. This allowed more conversions to be generated allowing us to better define our ideal personas. After the launch of the paid marketing ads, ROAS tripled vs previous agency, allowing us to increase budget spends and increase revenue even further.
